珍爱网创始人，CEO李松博士。  Song Li.

  李松博士是珍爱网(zhenai.com)的创始人和CEO，珍爱网是中国最大的婚恋网站之一，有七千万用户和大量的付费用户，他们依然在很快的增长。

  Dr. Song Li is the CEO and Co-founder of Zhenai.com, one of the biggest dates/relationships/marriages website in China, they have over 70 million members and are still growing at a fast pace. 

  李松的职业轨迹很有意思，他先在美国康奈尔大学作为生物学家研究了一段时间生物工程。然后转身为华尔街金融投行巨头摩根斯坦利的经理和执行董事。再然后他和别人在2001年做了一个叫迅龙的VAS(智能手机时代之前发短信买歌买小游戏啥的那种东西叫VAS)公司，这个公司卖给了新浪。

  Song Li had a very interesting career path; he was a biologist in Cornell University majoring in Genetic Engineering. He then worked as manager and executive director for the investment bank giant Morgan Stanley. He helped built XunLong in 2001, and later sold this cell phone Value-added Service Company to Sina. 

  李松最大的一个项目是大家都很熟悉的珍爱网，珍爱网的前身中国交友中心在1998年成立，2005年更名为珍爱网。总部设立在深圳的珍爱网分支遍布全国。这个网站的主要目标是帮助人们通过他们免费的网络资料库和收费的人工红娘系统找到他们满意的另一半。珍爱网拥有超过1000名专业红娘，当你成为他们的付费会员之后，这些红娘们会兢兢业业的整理和分析你的信息，并帮助你找到最合适的相亲对象。从珍爱网的现金流来看，这应该是一个成功的商业模式。

   Zhenai.com is one of Li's biggest projects during his adventure. It was founded in 1998. Headquarters in Shenzhen, Zhenai.com now has branches all over China. The website's main goal is to help people finding their other half by the free database and unique matchmakers system Zhenai offers. Zhenai has over 1000 professional matchmakers in their company, once you become a paid member, they will try to go through your information and help finding you the best candidates to date so you can eventually meet your future husband/wife. This business model has been working for Zhenai considering their positive cash flow. 

  珍爱网收到过数轮融资；其中一笔来自于Match.com，来自美国的全球最大约会网站。珍爱大手笔的投入电视和线下广告，长期收视冠军电视节目”非诚勿扰“的前主持人乐嘉作为珍爱网的代言人，在一段时间内各种媒介上展示珍爱网的频率紧逼现在金秀贤出现的频率。这些举动还有他们优秀的产品帮助珍爱网在中国的巨大网络相亲市场中保持领先。

  Zhenai has received a series of funding; one of them comes from Match.com, the biggest global dates site. Zhenai invests heavily on TV commercials and offline marketing, they hired LeJia, the host of the most popular dating show in China “ If You Are The One” as their endorser, all these moves and of course their excellent website/app helped making them the most well-known in similar Chinese sites.

Fabian是德国Dezan Shira& Associate公司南中国地区海外投资咨询的高级员工。在来到深圳之前，他曾经在线，北京，上海和苏州工作并为公司在当地建立新的办公室。他的工作让他更多的了解到中国和亚洲的创业公司的进展。除此以外，他曾在他的大学中建立了一个股票交易俱乐部，是上海德国贸易协会的高级成员，并是目前北京大学HSBC商学院的讲师。

Fabian works in foreign direct investment advisory and implementation with Dezan Shira & Associates in South China. Before coming to Shenzhen, he was based in Xi’an, Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou, where he built the firm’s office. Through his day job he has insights into foreign companies’  startup process in China and Asia. Besides that, he has founded the stock exchange society at his university, served as board member of the German Junior Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and currently serves as a guest lecturer at Peking University HSBC Business School.
