Startup Grind很荣幸与比利时大使馆合作，共同举办比利时创业开放日，了解比利时这个富有魅力的欧洲国家前沿的创业趋势和氛围，与AR，VR创业团队面对面交流，同时有深圳新兴的AR, VR创业团队来分享分享本土创业氛围和趋势！

活动将以嘉宾访谈的形式，采访一位比利时团队、一位中国本土团队和一位在中国的歪果仁团队，分别分享欧洲的创业趋势和氛围、中国在VR、AR等领域的创业感受和歪果仁在中国的创业感受。

活动形式：嘉宾访谈+自由交流

1、比利时创业团队

Phasya develops software for monitoring a person’s physiological and cognitive states - such as drowsiness, stress, workload, and mind wandering - from physiological signals and images, mainly related to the person’s eyes and face. This software enables one to assess an individual’s ability to perform a task or make a decision, mainly for safety applications, e.g. to monitor the operator of a car or train.

Professor Jacques VERLY, now honorary, is with the Faculty of Applied Sciences (i.e. School of Engineering, which he has been the Vice-Dean of) and, specifically, with its Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, also known as the Institut Montefiore. The institute’s research groups are: Applied and Computational Electromagnetics; Computer Networks; Electronics, Microsystems, Measurement, and Instrumentation; Signal and Image Exploitation, Software Reliability; & Systems and Modeling. The institute features laboratories, including in acoustics and electromagnetic compatibility. It also led to the creation of 6 spin-offs, including Phasya, created in 2015 under the impulse of Prof. J. Verly.

Mr. YC Cai is the founder and CEO of vDesign (YCVR), one of the leading VR software comanies, with a focus in architectrual visualization and design tools.  YC has extensive experience in field of computer science and interior design.  Prior to founding YCVR, YC was a partner and director of business development at Ahda Design (Shenzhen), general manager of Maylan Flight Academy, and founding partner of Y&T Network Technology Corp. Previously educated in Canada with a B.A. in Organizational Management Studies from the University of Western Ontario, YC is currently completing his Ph.D study in Computer Graphics at Shenzhen University.

Trouble Maker is a product development platform where people from all over the world come to prototype, manufacture and market products. The company is founded by four expats living in Shenzhen, each contributing with their experience and network.

Trouble Maker provides office space, co-working space and prototyping laboratories and makes a difference by offering in-house design and engineering and a network of suppliers, manufacturers, marketers, business specialists and investors.

The philosophy of Trouble Maker has also found fertile ground outside of China. Currently locations are opened in Norway, Germany and Myanmar with Australia to follow soon.
